This project required the removal of a Gas fired AGA and vented cylinder ready for a new Baxi 430 combi boiler to be installed. A vertical flue and gas new gas supply meant this boiler could be tucked away in the airing cupboard. A new gas cooker has been installed after we made some inor alterations the wooden lintel in the existing cooker opening.
